Print-Ready File Requirements

To ensure the highest print quality, all customer-supplied artwork must meet the following requirements:

• PDF format only (Print Ready)
• A 1/4-inch (0.25") bleed is required on all four sides of the document.
• All text and important images should remain inside the safe print area.
• Images must be a minimum of 300 DPI.
• Fonts must be embedded or converted to outlines.
• Files should be sized correctly before submission.
• Artwork should be thoroughly proofread before uploading.

Please Note: EKC Graphic Designs is not responsible for spelling, grammar, formatting, low-resolution images, or other errors contained in customer-supplied files. Files received will be printed exactly as submitted.

Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround is 2–5 business days after your print-ready file has been approved. Rush printing may be available for an additional fee.
