PHOTO REQUIREMENTS

For the BEST print quality, please upload a clear, high-resolution photo of your senior.

Photos taken in good lighting with the full body visible work best. Please avoid screenshots, blurry images, heavily filtered photos, or photos downloaded from social media whenever possible.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Select your banner size.
2. Enter your senior's name, school/team, jersey number (if applicable), and requested colors.
3. Upload your senior's photo.
4. Include any additional design requests in the Special Instructions section.
5. A design proof will be provided for approval before your banner is sent to print.

IMPORTANT

Please carefully review your proof for spelling, names, numbers, dates, photo placement, and all other details.

Printing will begin only after final design approval. Once the final proof has been approved, EKC Graphic Designs is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.

Because each Senior Night banner is custom-designed and personalized, all sales are final once the design has been approved and sent to production.
