📦 SHIPPING INFO:
If your order is being shipped, balloons will arrive UNFILLED. Customer is responsible for adding helium after delivery.

If you are picking up locally in Memphis, please let me know:
• The day you need your balloon
• At least 2 hours before pickup so I can fill it for you fresh
