Print-Ready File Requirements

To ensure the best possible results, your file must meet the following specifications:

• Print-ready PDF format only
• 8.5" x 11" pages with a 1/4-inch (0.25") bleed on all sides
• Minimum image resolution of 300 DPI
• All fonts embedded or converted to outlines
• Correct page order and layout
• Properly sized and ready for immediate production

File Adjustment Service

If your file requires minor adjustments to make it print-ready such as adding the required bleed, correcting page alignment, adjusting margins, or making other basic production edits, a $50 File Preparation Fee will be added to your order before printing.

Please note that this fee covers print preparation only and does not include redesigning pages, replacing photos, correcting spelling or grammar, changing content, or creating a new layout. Extensive edits or redesigns will require the purchase of a separate design service.

Turnaround Time

Production begins once your print-ready file has been reviewed, approved, and any applicable file preparation fees have been paid.
